Kingsley Realty Group manages residential and commercial property across Texas from its Dallas–Fort Worth base — leasing, collections, maintenance, vendor coordination and owner reporting handled under one roof.
Retail, restaurant and single-family property each have different demands. Kingsley brings them into one managed workflow, so owners with mixed holdings deal with one firm — and one accountable point of contact.
From first enquiry to monthly disbursement, the work is coordinated — not passed between disconnected providers.

No. Vendor invoices are passed through at actual cost, and the amount appears on your owner statement exactly as invoiced. Work is authorized within the limits you approve in the management agreement.
You receive a monthly owner statement showing income, expenses, fees and your disbursement, with a year-to-date summary. Disbursements are made monthly by ACH or check after tenant funds have cleared, less any owner reserve set in your agreement.
